1.Which type is your company? Factory or trading company?
We are a factory, located in Taizhou,the city which famous with it’s Plastic&Mould production. Welcome to visit our factory.
2. What products can you provide?
Mainly freezer mugs, straw tumblers, plastic cups, sports bottles, other home products, etc.
3. What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 3,000pcs. We can also accept your trial order of lower quantities. We will calculate the cost according to the quantities you need.
4. How can I get samples?
We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.
5. Can I customize the logo? 
Yes, you can customize the color, logo, design, package, etc. according to your requirements.
6. Which kinds of certificates would you have?
FDA, LFGB, BPA FREE, REACH, CA65, etc.
7. How about your quality control system?
We adhere to the strict Quality Control System. From Raw materials to Semi-finished products and Finished products. Meanwhile our company passed the audit of Walmart and the Disney vendor system.
8. Payment term?
